Location: Avon Court (Avonbourne Care Centre), Salisbury, SP4 6GW
Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour (Monday–Friday) | £14.07 per hour (Weekends)
Contract Type: Bank (0 hours / flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle)
About the Role
As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with this esteemed not-for-profit provider to welcome compassionate individuals into their care team at Avon Court.
Whether you are an experienced care professional or completely new to the sector, you will play a vital role in making every day special for our residents. From assisting with daily routines and personal care to sharing laughs, fun, and meaningful companionship, you will help create a warm, family-like environment where residents live happy and fulfilled lives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide respectful, person-centred personal care (including washing, bathing, and toileting support).
Build genuine, lasting relationships with residents and support their daily routines.
Encourage independence and engagement while bringing kindness, dignity, and positivity to the home.
Work collaboratively as part of an extended, supportive family team.
