About the Role
As a Service Colleague at Asda, you will sit right at the heart of the customer experience, serving with heart and pride. Whether you're stocking shelves, unpacking deliveries, picking online orders, or even perfecting pizzas, your day-to-day work will directly contribute to the smooth, efficient running of the store and ensure every customer leaves with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Deliver a friendly, positive approach to help shoppers and ensure a great in-store experience.
Store Operations: Assist with shelf-stacking, handling deliveries, and packing online customer orders.
Teamwork: Work collaboratively with a fast-paced, supportive team to maintain high operational standards.
Flexibility: Adapt to a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support store operations.
