Position: Production Operative - Intake Day Shift
Location: Brackley, Northamptonshire
Salary: £15.65 per hour (Plus an additional £2.00 per hour shift allowance for any hours worked between 18:00 and 06:00), earning a minimum of £641.65 per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, starting at 06:15 and finishing at 17:50 (4 out of 5 days, with one rotating day off)

We are proud to partner with our client as a supportive staffing agency to recruit a dedicated Production Operative for their advanced manufacturing and processing site in Brackley. Key Responsibilities
Production Line & Animal Welfare: Ensure all birds are correctly placed on the production line while strictly observing vital bird welfare requirements.
Hygiene & Equipment: Clean equipment and modules on a regular rotation schedule while maintaining high standards of hygiene.
Manual Handling & PPE: Perform repetitive lifting (in the region of 2kg per bird) and wear the required, correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Safety & Teamwork: Maintain strong attention to detail and work effectively alongside team members in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

What We Are Looking For
Skills: Good level of English and basic numeracy skills.
Attitude: Good teamwork, effective communication, strong attention to detail, and a flexible approach to tasks.
Experience: Relevant production or manufacturing experience is welcome, though not essential.
Important Requirements:
Due to strict Bird Welfare policies, applicants must not own any avian pets or poultry.
Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic FMCG factory environment that can be noisy and refrigerated in certain areas.
