Shift Pattern: 7:00 PM start – 1:00 AM to 3:00 AM finish (End time varies depending on business needs)

The Role

Looking for a high-paying night shift role in a dynamic, close-knit environment? On behalf of our distribution partner, we are hiring sharp, reliable Warehouse Selectors on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract at the Neston Distribution Centre.

Without warehouse teams working through the night, store shelves across the region stay empty! In this critical role, you’ll receive voice instructions through a headset to pick products for specific stores, building and loading pallets ready for drivers to collect for morning delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Voice-Guided Picking: Fulfill orders accurately by following headset instructions to select stock and build store-specific pallets.

• Accuracy & Documentation: Stay focused on store numbers, item counts, and checking order paperwork for total precision.

• Equipment & Safety: Safely operate warehouse equipment and follow proper safety guidelines at all times.

• Team Collaboration: Work efficiently alongside a supportive team to keep supply chains running seamlessly overnight.
