Location: Tower Road South, Warmley, South Gloucestershire, BS30 8BT
Salary/Rate: £35,481.45 per annum (£17.00 per hour) + £3,000 driver joining bonus (paid upon successful completion of your 6-month probation) + potential overtime
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 06:45 AM – 15:15 PM)

Key Responsibilities
Driving & Operation: Safely drive and operate vehicles to collect household waste and recycling from residents across South Gloucestershire.
Service Excellence: Deliver a high standard of professional customer service while working collaboratively as part of a hard-working, supportive team.
Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations at all times.
Working Pattern: Contracted 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday from 06:45 AM to 15:15 PM, with additional overtime opportunities available.

What We Are Looking For
Licence & Qualifications: A valid LGV Category C (Class 2) licence, a valid CPC card, and a valid tachograph card are all essential. (Newly qualified drivers are very welcome to apply!)
Experience: Experience in the waste industry or working with stillage vehicles, kerbside loaders, and RCVs is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
Attitude & Skills: A passion for professional driving, good communication skills, a reliable work ethic, and a customer-focused attitude.
