Looking for a flexible, creative role that fits around your personal schedule? Partnering with Barchester Healthcare, Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is seeking a warm and enthusiastic Bank Activities Assistant to join the team at Iris Court Care Home on a casual, flexible basis.
In this role, you will provide essential cover as and when needed (such as for annual or sick leave), helping to create a stimulating environment by devising fun, imaginative, and motivational activities that celebrate life and maximize resident wellbeing.
Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: Bank / As and when required (Flexible casual role)
Shifts: Days
Closing Date: 3 September 2026
Key Responsibilities
Get to know residents and their families to help design tailored, engaging activity programmes.
Devise imaginative, fun, and motivational activities suited to every interest and ability.
Promote independence, social engagement, and overall wellbeing through exciting daily events and sessions.
Inspire residents and staff alike to participate in activities both within the home and the local community.
