About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to collaborate with Asda Express to connect natural leaders with fantastic career opportunities. We are recruiting for a permanent, part-time Team Leader for day shifts in Ringwood.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will take charge in one of our branded fast-food outlets—Greggs, Subway, or Burger King—guiding your team to deliver fast, friendly, and high-quality service. You will help manage daily routines, support new starters, and ensure food safety and brand standards are consistently met while keeping operations running smoothly during busy periods.
Shift Pattern: Day shifts, 20 guaranteed hours per week (flexibility required to work a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings).
Key Responsibilities: Leading and supporting the team, managing daily restaurant routines, ensuring compliance with food safety and brand standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About You
Experienced in a food service or hospitality environment, with a willingness to take on responsibility and guide others.
Approachable, encouraging, and passionate about creating a positive working and customer service environment.
Organised and reliable problem-solver who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
