Location: Boston (Home to a team of around 400 colleagues producing ready-to-eat salads, prepared vegetables, and snacks for major retailers like Co-op, Boots, Greggs, Costco, Spar, and BOL)
Pay Rate: £16.08 per hour
Job Type: Permanent - Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Continental 2/2/3 Nights, 18:00 – 06:00

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are proud to partner with Greencore (following their combination with Bakkavor) to find dedicated hygiene and technical leadership talent. Greencore is one of the UK’s leading convenience food creators, employing over 28,000 colleagues across 36 manufacturing sites and 21 distribution depots.
At their Boston facility, we are currently seeking a proactive and safety-focused Hygiene Coordinator for the night shift to lead the hygiene team within the food production halls, ensuring pristine cleanliness, minimal food risks, and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Operations: Report directly to the Hygiene Manager, ensuring the hygiene team works as efficiently and safely as possible while maintaining agreed hygiene levels and schedules.
Production Hall Maintenance: Keep the front of the production areas clean, tidy, and compliant with health and safety guidelines, managing the removal and cleaning/storage of equipment and tray stacks.
Flexibility & Cover: Adapt to minimize food risks, meet agreed targets, and show flexibility to cover absences or holidays by performing basic hygiene tasks when needed.
