Employment Type: Permanent | Hourly Paid (Logistics Role)

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week (5 over 7 rolling rota including weekends; shift patterns: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, and 21:00-05:00)

About the Role

As a supportive bridge staffing agency dedicated to connecting dependable talent with industry leaders, we are proud to partner with Morrisons to recruit a Key Warehouse & FLT Operative for their busy logistics site in Sittingbourne.

In this critical operations role, you will receive full training and support to handle a wide variety of essential warehouse tasks. From goods-in processing, stock picking, replenishing, and putting away products to driving forklift trucks and loading stock for dispatch, you will be right at the heart of the supply chain.

You will work safely, adhering strictly to food and health and safety policies so that products arrive at stores in pristine condition for millions of customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming products, pick stock, replenish, and put away goods efficiently.

• Operate forklift trucks safely to load stock for store dispatch.

• Maintain strict adherence to food hygiene and health and safety policies.

• Complete tasks carefully to ensure products are looked after and arrive at stores in top condition.

• Eligibility: Must be over the school leaver’s age (with some age restrictions applying based on specific role health and safety guidelines).
