Key Responsibilities
Create a welcoming atmosphere by warmly greeting and directing all visitors and answering incoming calls efficiently.
Monitor the Bistro area to ensure cleanliness, pleasant music, and fresh refreshments are maintained.
Handle resident requests and queries effectively, providing prompt and supportive assistance throughout the night.
Complete various administrative duties as required to support smooth home operations.
Person Specification & Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a customer service position is preferable.
Core Skills & Qualities: Effective written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple priorities calmly and efficiently.
