About the Role
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will look after the diverse needs of our residents, ensuring top-tier, person-centred care is always delivered. Working alongside the Deputy General Manager, you will supervise and inspire a team of dedicated Care Assistants while supporting the clinical team in key areas such as medication, care plans, and reviews.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, motivate, and mentor a team of Care Assistants.
Support the clinical team with specialized duties like medication management, assessments, and care plan reviews.
Champion resident dignity, preferences, and a warm, vibrant home environment.
About You
To join us in this permanent senior role, you will bring:
Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
Knowledge: Specific understanding of clinical care for the elderly.
