The Role

As the Gardener / Maintenance Support professional at our highly-rated Cobham home, you will be responsible for the overall upkeep and care of the home's stunning gardens and grounds. Your work will directly contribute to a pleasant, safe, and relaxing environment that aligns with Bupa's high cultural and brand values.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns, look after flowerbeds, borders, and hedges, and handle weeding, pruning, and small tree maintenance.

• Advise the Home Manager on potential gardening issues and help plan areas requiring improvement.

• Ensure all buildings and equipment are maintained effectively while complying with Bupa Standard Operating Procedures, legislation, and industry best practices.

• Assist the Maintenance team with ad hoc duties in and around the home when required.
