Salary: £66,000 - £94,000 per annum

About the Role

Are you a confident, resilient leader ready to drive business growth across multiple locations? We are looking for an exceptional Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of stores based out of Calne.

Your journey begins with a comprehensive, hands-on training programme to learn the business from the inside out—from the shop floor to senior management. Once fully immersed, you will take the reins to coordinate multiple stores, mentor Store Managers, hit key KPIs, and shape the future of your region.

What You Will Do

• Oversee Multi-site Operations: Regularly visit your assigned stores to ensure high operational standards, productivity, and strict compliance.

• Develop Future Leaders: Mentor, coach, and support your Store Managers with recruitment, training, and team development.

• Drive Business Performance: Analyze complex reports, implement strategic next steps, and empower your teams to hit their KPIs.

• Communicate & Implement: Roll out new company concepts, launches, and efficient processes smoothly across your region.

What You Need

• Proven experience leading and motivating teams across multiple retail or hospitality sites to achieve excellent results.

• Strong analytical skills—the ability to understand business data and turn it into actionable plans.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide your management teams.

• A proactive drive to adapt to a fast-changing retail environment.

• A full UK Driving Licence (essential for travel between sites).
