About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for friendly and motivated Team Members to join our team supporting Greggs at their Lodge Road store in Chippenham.
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering great customer experiences across all service channels—including in-store, Click + Collect, delivery, and drive-thru. You will work alongside a supportive team to keep the shop running efficiently and looking its best.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Provide fast, friendly, and welcoming service to every customer.
Food Preparation: Prepare fresh food items, including sandwich making and oven management.
Shop Maintenance: Keep customer areas, counter displays, and food prep stations clean, tidy, and well-stocked.
Order Fulfillment: Accurately assemble and prepare orders for online, Click + Collect, and delivery customers.

No previous experience required—full training and ongoing guidance will be provided.
