Care Assistant (Night)

As a Care Assistant (Night), you will play a central role in delivering compassionate, person-centered care during night shifts. Working closely with your care team colleagues, you will monitor resident safety, assist with evening and night-time routines, and preserve each individual's dignity and comfort.

Key Responsibilities

• Gently support residents with evening personal care, hygiene routines, bedtime preparation, and morning wake-up assistance.

• Perform regular night-time checks to ensure resident safety, comfort, and immediate care needs are met.

• Accurately maintain care records and communicate effectively with the oncoming day team regarding resident well-being.

Requirements

• A caring, reliable, and empathetic approach to supporting individuals in a residential care setting.

• Good communication skills and full flexibility to work night shift rotas.

• Valid right to work in the UK and ability to commute reliably to Nantwich, UK.
