Salary: Annual base salary of £25,726
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time (12.5 hours a day, 3–4 days a week including nights and weekends on a rota. Sponsorship is not available).

Join an inclusive, supportive team providing person-centred care to people with neurological and complex care needs.
Participate in daily routines, including ward rounds, observing and analysing behaviours, and adapting care approaches accordingly with colleagues.
Update patient records and provide comprehensive care and support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene and daily living needs.

A naturally caring, patient, and resilient nature with strong emotional awareness.
Previous experience as a healthcare assistant or within a similar care environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
A positive, adaptable attitude and a firm commitment to person-centred care.
St. Neots Neurological Centre is centrally located in Cambridgeshire, providing assessment, treatment, rehabilitation, and complex care for adults (males and females) affected by neurological or mental health conditions for which challenging behavior may be the leading impairment. The site features an experienced multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering person-centred care pathways.
Competitive Salary: Annual base salary of £25,726.
