About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Shift Manager to support Greggs at their Howard Road shop in St Neots.
In this part-time leadership position, you will step up to manage shop operations in the Shop Manager’s absence. You will lead, inspire, and support the team while delivering exceptional service across all ordering channels—in-shop, Click + Collect, delivery, and drive-thru.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Engage, motivate, and guide team members to ensure smooth shift running and top-tier shop standards.
Customer Service: Deliver fast, friendly, and efficient service while leading by example on the shop floor.
Food Preparation & Merchandising: Oversee product assembly (including sandwich making and oven management) and ensure displays remain fully stocked.
Operations: Maintain a clean, presentable, and safe environment throughout the store.
What We Are Looking For
Previous team supervisory or shift management experience in retail or customer-facing environments.
Strong leadership qualities with a reliable, proactive approach.
Passion for delivering excellent customer service and fostering an inclusive team culture.
Flexibility to work shifts as agreed upon during the interview stage.
