As a Market Street Baker placed through Supportive Bridge Staffing, you will serve as the warm, welcoming face of our partner's fresh in-store bakery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Stock Availability: Ensure customer confidence by maintaining full availability of fresh bakery products throughout the trading day.

• Visual Standards: Maintain pristine, attractive, and fresh food displays to drive sales and catch the eye of shoppers.

• Baking & Preparation: Prepare a variety of breads, rolls, doughnuts, and fruited products using appropriate equipment (ovens, provers, mixers) and precise bakery skills to meet company standards.

• Customer Service: Deliver friendly, exceptional service that highlights traditional skills and fresh products, creating memorable moments for every customer.

What We Are Looking For (About You):

• Baker Skills: Competent baking experience, including the ability to mix, mould, and shape dough.

• Customer Focus: A friendly, helpful style with a passion for meeting new people and going above and beyond for customers.

• Active & Adaptable: Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has the flexibility to assist across other fresh counters on Market Street.

• Safety & Initiative: Able to use your own initiative to solve customer queries and operate a range of bakery equipment while maintaining high Health & Safety standards.
