Salary: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour (dependent on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Part-Time (20 hours per week)

We are partnering with Warren Lodge (part of Bupa)—a beautifully renovated 51-bed home set amid the stunning Royal Berkshire countryside—to find a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant for a permanent part-time role. In this valued position, you will play a crucial part in maintaining a tranquil, pristine, and comforting environment that truly feels like home for our residents.
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the home, working closely with fellow housekeeping and maintenance colleagues.
Vacuuming, mopping floors, polishing, and generally ensuring the pristine upkeep of all communal day rooms and residents' en-suite bedrooms.
Managing day-to-day housekeeping stocks and raising any supply or equipment issues promptly with the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Contributing to a friendly, safe, and immaculate living atmosphere where residents and their families feel completely at ease.
What You’re Looking For
A meticulous eye for detail and a genuine pride in completing your work to a consistently high standard.
Comfortable multitasking, managing various requests, and working cooperatively alongside other teams to support the home.
A warm, helpful disposition and an appreciation for creating a welcoming environment for older adults, particularly those living with dementia.
