Position: Registered Nurse (Permanent, Full-Time)
Location: Bupa Brunswick Court, 62 Stratford Rd, Watford, WD17 4JB
Salary: £21.93 - £24.22 per hour (dependent on experience) + £1,000 Welcome Bonus
Contract Type: Full-time, 48 hours per week (4 x 12-hour shifts)
Special Requirement: Nursing Dementia Care Home Experience Essential

About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Bupa to recruit a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse for a days contract at Brunswick Court Care Home in Watford.
As a vital member of the team, you will take total responsibility for the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of residents. Bupa provides complete training on advanced digital care systems to simplify workflows, allowing you to focus on clinical excellence. In this role, you will lead the unit, oversee clinical care, and guide the care team to maintain the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Taking full responsibility for resident wellbeing, ensuring all physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Managing unit operations alongside clinical duties, including overseeing care, administering and ordering medication, and reviewing care plans.
Carrying out clinical assessments and developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans.
Coaching, guiding, and providing formal/informal teaching programs for colleagues and care professionals.
Monitoring work areas and practices to ensure strict compliance with standards, policies, and legislation, playing a crucial role in supporting CQC tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
A valid NMC pin with active registration.
Essential: Previous experience working within a nursing dementia care home environment.
Strong clinical guidance skills with a proven track record of upholding high policies and standards.
Excellent communication and reporting skills for effective clinical handovers with multidisciplinary teams and families.
