Role Overview
We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant to join our team. In this vital role, you will help make a daily difference by maintaining immaculate cleanliness standards and ensuring our residents feel comfortable, safe, and truly at home.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff.
Vacuum, mop floors, polish surfaces, and ensure the general upkeep of all communal areas and resident bedrooms.
Maintain daily housekeeping and laundry stocks, raising any issues or requirements promptly to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Multitask efficiently to balance various responsibilities while keeping resident happiness front and centre.
