The Role

As a Customer Assistant on this exciting new store opening team, you’ll work together to maintain high standards day after day, night after night. This isn’t just stacking shelves—this is feeding families. From precisely unpacking deliveries and keeping access areas clear for drivers to ensuring the store is spick and span, you’ll reap the rewards of your hard work so the store is completely ready before customers even walk through the doors.

What You’ll Do:

• Night Deliveries: Precisely unpack deliveries through the night during the week and weekends.

• Driver Support: Make sure all access areas are clear for incoming delivery drivers.

• Store Cleanliness: Keep the store spick and span—both on the shop floor and behind the scenes.

• Promotions & Stock: Help organise specific areas for promotions and special offers, independently carrying out freshness checks and fully rotating stock.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: Knowledge or experience working in a fast-paced environment (ideally including previous night shift experience).

• Attention to Detail: Excellent precision and focus when working quickly.

• Adaptability: The ability to react positively to changing priorities.
