Additional Benefit: +£4.00 per hour premium paid whilst actively running the store

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with a thriving, forward-thinking retail business looking for a dedicated Store Operations Deputy Manager in Workington.
This is an incredibly varied and hands-on position where you will play a vital role in driving store success. You will take genuine pride in maximizing sales, delivering exceptional customer service, minimizing operational costs, and optimizing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Store Leadership: Step up in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to take full charge of day-to-day store operations.
Team Development: Train, mentor, and guide employees to maintain high performance and engagement standards.
Stock & Display Management: Handle stock ordering, manage inventory, and ensure product displays meet the highest visual standards.
