About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is recruiting friendly and energetic Team Members to join Greggs at their 19 Murray Road shop in Workington.
As a Team Member, you will be the face of the shop, delivering fast, warm, and friendly service to everyday customers across multiple sales channels—in-store, Click + Collect, delivery, and drive-thru.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Serve customers cheerfully and efficiently, ensuring every visitor has a positive experience.
Food Preparation: Prepare fresh sandwiches, manage baking ovens, and ensure all Greggs favorites are made to high standards.
Merchandising: Keep product displays fully stocked, organized, and inviting throughout the day.
Shop Cleanliness: Maintain a spotless, clean, and hygienic environment across the counter and customer areas.
