As a Bank Registered Nurse (RGN) at Oak Grange Care Home, you will provide vital cover for planned or unplanned absences, looking after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You will create a safe, supportive environment, make critical clinical decisions, develop tailored care plans, and administer medication safely—all with the freedom and autonomy to do things the right way.
Clinical Excellence: Deliver top-tier nursing care, addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents with a wide range of requirements.
Care Planning: Develop tailored care plans and detailed risk assessments in compliance with regulatory frameworks (including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
Medication & Safety: Ensure the safe administration of medicines and maintain a secure, supportive clinical environment.
Flexibility: Work casual bank shifts (Days or Nights) on an as-needed basis to provide essential cover for annual leave or sickness.
Qualifications: Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with an active PIN.
Experience & Knowledge: Proven experience producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments, backed by up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory standards.
