About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and adaptable Bank Care Assistants for casual, flexible placements in Chester.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring residents receive person-centered care and genuine companionship. Every shift brings a variety of meaningful tasks where your support directly enhances the residents' day-to-day lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living activities.
Following individual care plans and helping with food, drink, and hydration needs.
Spending valuable one-to-one time with residents, offering warmth and companionship.
Providing bank cover for annual leave, sickness, or peak times across day or night shifts.
Contributing to a vibrant, safe, and positive atmosphere in the care home.
About You
Experience: Previous experience caring for older adults in a care home or similar healthcare setting.
Attributes: A warm-hearted, empathetic nature paired with a positive "can-do" attitude.
Skills: Excellent communication skills and the compassion required to deliver high standards of care.
