About the Role
As a Permanent Night Care Assistant at Kingfisher Lodge Care Centre, you will help our residents feel safe, secure, and supported throughout the night hours, ensuring they receive the quality care they deserve. Your varied and rewarding duties will include:
Assisting residents with nighttime routines, personal care, and wellbeing checks.
Following tailored care plans to meet individual needs and preferences.
Providing a comforting presence, reassurance, and meaningful companionship.
Bringing your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling, person-centred care environment.
About You
We are looking for warm-hearted, dedicated individuals who thrive during night shifts. To join us, you will need:
Prior experience in caring for older people.
A positive, can-do approach and excellent communication skills.
Genuine empathy, a warm-hearted nature, and the compassion to deliver top-tier support.
