• Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (12:00 PM – 8:00 PM) & Saturday (8:00 AM – 2:00 PM)

Opening to deliver exceptional patient care, this modern facility features advanced diagnostic technologies (including MRI, CT, X-ray, and mammography) alongside comprehensive clinical, primary care, and specialist services.

Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to support the Housekeeping Manager and Centre Manager. In this role, you will maintain an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all clinical and non-clinical areas, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and premium environment for patients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain impeccable cleanliness in clinical corridors, treatment spaces, sanitary facilities, and public areas adhering to strict infection-control protocols.

• Perform detailed damp-dusting and disinfection of high and low touchpoints and surfaces.

• Safely collect, segregate, and dispose of general and clinical waste.

• Operate specialist floor care machinery (buffing and scrubbing machines) to maintain premium flooring standards.

• Respond promptly and professionally to requests from clinical and service teams to support smooth daily operations.

• Uphold the warm, calm, and articulate hospitality standards expected of a high-end private healthcare facility.

• Immediately report any equipment defects or facility hazards to management.

Key Requirements / Experience

• Cleaning experience within a professional, commercial, or healthcare setting.

• Reliable, punctual, with good timekeeping habits.

• Assertive, articulate, polite, and capable of respectful communication in English.

• Adaptable and flexible with a strong team-player mindset.

• Committed to maintaining high health and safety standards.
