In this role, you will be instrumental in teaching essential swimming skills, boosting water confidence, and helping members of all ages achieve their personal goals.
Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will deliver high-quality, engaging swimming lessons on an ad-hoc schedule. You will create a supportive and motivating environment while maintaining safety and technical standards in alignment with national swimming frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-standard one-to-one and group swimming lessons tailored to swimmers of various ages and ability levels.
Follow structured Swim England teaching frameworks to help participants develop stroke technique and water safety.
Engage positively with club members to promote facility benefits, lesson programs, and active memberships.
Requirements
ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient, encouraging teaching style.
Proven ability to adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs and age groups.
