Using your knowledge, experience, and caring nature, you will make a positive difference in the lives of adult residents with learning disabilities, autism, and sensory or communication impairments, helping them along their recovery pathway toward a valued and fulfilled life.
Join an inclusive, supportive team providing person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.
Participate in daily routines, including ward rounds, observing and analysing behaviours, and adapting care approaches collaboratively with colleagues.
Update patient records and provide comprehensive daily support, which may include assisting with personal hygiene.
Bring a positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance to a dynamic environment, helping residents transition smoothly and build robust coping strategies.
Work a 35-hour contract on a rota basis covering shifts between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM, including weekends.
A naturally caring, patient, and resilient nature with strong emotional awareness.
A positive, adaptable attitude and a firm commitment to person-centred care and safeguarding.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Holkham House in Redhill, Surrey, is a specialist residential service for men and women with learning disabilities, autism, and associated sensory or communication impairments. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you will support individuals transitioning from children's services or family homes, encouraging active community engagement and greater independence.
