Salary: Circa £53,500 – £66,800 depending on experience (Grade C15)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
About the Role
We are partnering to recruit a talented Senior Product Designer to sit alongside a passionate, multi-disciplinary experience design team at Bupa Place. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and shaping unique, customer-centric experiences from concept to launch within one of the product squads, driving digital innovation for customers across the UK.
As a Senior Product Designer through Supportive Bridge, you will collaborate in an agile environment, help shape product strategy alongside product owners, contribute to design systems like "Anatomy," and mentor other designers to elevate the overall quality of the craft.
Key Responsibilities
Drive hands-on project work across an end-to-end user-centred design process (Discovery to Launch) across apps, mobile, desktop, and connected devices.
Provide UX direction to maintain consistency and seamless experiences across products and business units.
Facilitate workshops, translate user research and insights into design solutions, prototype, test, and validate ideas.
Mentor, coach, and inspire other members of the experience design team while contributing to design crits, playbacks, and communities of practice.
Champion accessibility and ensure digital products meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards and regulatory compliance.
Contribute to and improve existing UX toolkits, playbooks, and the organization's Design System ("Anatomy").
What We Are Looking For
Deep, varied UX experience and strong comfort across an end-to-end double-diamond design process.
Proven ability as a skilled facilitator, storyteller, and champion of both the user and business requirements.
Experience with toolkits including Figma, UserTesting.com, and Progression App.
Strong dedication to accessibility and inclusive design.
Previous experience working within an FCA-regulated business is a bonus.
