Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is excited to partner with Nuffield Health Brentwood Hospital in seeking a passionate and proactive Community Rehabilitation Specialist to join their team in Brentwood, UK. In this impactful part-time role, you will champion Nuffield Health’s charitable vision by guiding participants through specialized 12-week rehabilitation pathways. Combining both digital and in-person delivery, you will facilitate group exercise sessions, deliver weekly one-to-one coaching, offer emotional wellbeing guidance, and empower individuals with varying physical abilities to take control of their long-term health and recovery.
Organize and deliver rolling 12-week community rehabilitation programs, including both live-streamed and in-person exercise classes adapted for diverse abilities.
Conduct weekly individual coaching calls to assist participants with goal setting, progress tracking, and emotional wellbeing support.
Monitor participant outcome data, adjust exercise intensities based on performance, and follow clinical escalation pathways when necessary.
Essential Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification (a BSc Hons in Sports Rehabilitation or equivalent is highly advantageous).
Proven experience in exercise rehabilitation and working safely with vulnerable adults or clinical populations.
Strong organizational, communication, and digital IT skills to deliver both remote and face-to-face sessions effectively.
