Position: Service Delivery Coordinator
Location: Northampton General Hospital
Salary: DHU Band 4.0, £27,273 per annum (pro rata), enhanced by an additional 30% for evening work and 45% for weekend work
Working Pattern: Part-time, averaging 12.08 hours per week (full working pattern available on request)

As a Service Delivery Coordinator with our supportive bridge staffing agency, you will play an instrumental role in keeping urgent care running smoothly every single day at Northampton General Hospital. Operating on the frontline of the NHS within our Urgent and Emergency Care teams, you will coordinate services in real-time, helping clinical and operational shifts run efficiently to ensure safe, timely patient care.
Coordinate urgent and emergency care services in real time to support safe, efficient patient pathways.
Act as a crucial communication bridge across multidisciplinary clinical teams and partner services.
Monitor real-time service demand, staffing levels, and performance metrics to maintain high standards of patient care.
Provide active problem-solving support to ensure shifts run smoothly and proactively address operational challenges.
