Salary: £13.30 – £14.30 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time Day Shifts (to include every other weekend)

About the Role
As a Care Assistant at the highly-rated Brunswick Court, you will be at the heart of our mission to help people live longer, healthier, happier lives. Working day shifts within a warm, community-focused environment, you'll provide person-centred care that supports resident independence, honours choice, and ensures individuals live a life they truly love.
Key Responsibilities:
Support residents with a wide range of needs, from daily companionship to compassionate personal care.
Observe and manage resident well-being, documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with legal requirements.
Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plans.
Deliver essential physical and mental stimulation through engaging social and recreational activities—both in groups and individually.
Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal standards.
What We Are Looking For
Motivation, positivity, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Desirable: Prior experience in a care home setting or a relevant Health and Social Care qualification.
