About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency dedicated to connecting exceptional talent with market-leading brands, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons—one of the UK's premier supermarkets—to recruit a friendly and reliable Customer Assistant - Replenishment for their Morpeth store.
Working on the shop floor in a fast-paced, structured environment, you will keep shelves fully stocked with wonderful fresh and ambient products. By following clear routines and timed activities, you will ensure customers can always get what they need, when they need it. Plus, you will receive training to support other store areas like Market Street or Customer Service, making this a fantastic role for an adaptable team player!
Key Responsibilities:
Stock Replenishment: Work efficiently on the shop floor to keep shelves fully stocked with fresh and ambient goods, maintaining a structured, well-organized environment.
Customer Support: Provide a helpful, friendly approach, assisting shoppers and resolving queries to put customers first.
Cross-Functional Training: Support other vital parts of the store, including Market Street and Customer Service teams, wherever assistance is needed.
Safety & Compliance: Use equipment safely and follow established processes while maintaining a hands-on, active routine.
