About the Role

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead and inspire a high-performing team to prioritize outstanding stock processing, maintain pristine stockroom organization, and achieve key performance targets. Every day will be varied, fast-paced, and challenging, but your leadership will ensure that beautifully presented stock reaches the sales floor and our customers as quickly as possible.

What You Will Do

• Team Leadership: Coach, motivate, and guide a dedicated team in a commercial, safe, and operationally efficient environment.

• Hands-On Operations: Take a practical approach by working alongside your team on the ground, supporting stockroom processes, and assisting the sales floor and store management when needed.

• Process Optimization: Continuously improve stockroom workflows, solve problems proactively, and maintain the highest standards of stock processing.

• Performance & People Management: Drive productivity targets and handle people issues with confidence, clarity, and approachability.
