The Role
As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help maintain high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you’ll keep the store running like clockwork in a fast-paced and challenging environment. You’ll also enjoy the responsibility to prove yourself as a leader and lay the groundwork for your future career success.
Key Responsibilities:
Motivate and support your team, guided by Lidl’s Leadership and Company Principles.
Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks effectively.
Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you.
Manage store operations and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management to ensure smooth shifts.
Deliver the very best customer experience every time shoppers visit the store.

What You’ll Receive:
Competitive Pay: £15.45 - £15.95 per hour, with enhanced rates of +£2.00 per hour for bank holidays and +£3.50 per hour for night shifts.
