Role Description
Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RGN) on behalf of our client for Kenwyn Care Home in Truro, Cornwall. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the physical, psychological, and social wellbeing of residents, using your clinical judgment to deliver personalized, high-quality nursing care.
Key Responsibilities
Assess, formulate, and manage detailed care plans and risk assessments tailored to each resident's individual needs.
Administer medication safely and effectively in compliance with NMC and Royal Pharmaceutical Society guidelines.
Make critical clinical decisions to maintain a safe, dignified, and supportive environment for all care home residents.
Requirements
Active NMC Registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN).
Up-to-date knowledge of clinical practice, risk assessments, and regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA).
Compassionate, person-centred approach with excellent communication and leadership skills.
