Hours: Part-time, 16 hours per week (Permanent contract + regular overtime)
Working Pattern: A mix of opening, closing, and mid-day shifts, with flexibility across the week to include at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift (either Friday after 6 PM, any shift on Saturday, or Sunday).
Salary: £13.04 per hour

About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a friendly and motivated Customer Team Member to join our partner store team in Carlisle. Step into a dynamic, fast-moving retail environment where you will play a key role in delivering helpful service and essential community services every day.
Depending on the store, tasks may involve working in the post office or bakery, or helping with online services by picking and packing orders for home delivery. No prior retail experience is necessary, as full, paid training is provided from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Deliver friendly and thoughtful service, welcoming customers and helping to put things right when needed.
Shop Floor & Tills: Work hands-on on the shop floor and operating tills to create a great shopping experience.
Store Standards: Keep shelves fully stocked, maintain price accuracy, check dates and temperatures, and ensure the store is safe, legal, and running smoothly.
Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues to support daily operations.
Community & Membership: Promote Co-op membership and support local community connections.
What You’ll Bring
Age: Must be 18+ to comply with early morning or late-evening working policies.

Flexibility: The ability to work a mixed shift pattern including at least 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend shift as part of a team.
