About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is partnering with Co-op to recruit a friendly and reliable Customer Team Member - Home Delivery Driver for their busy store on Station Road in Wigton.

In this dual-focus role, you will be a familiar, welcome face in the local community, delivering customers' shopping straight to their doors while making their day a little easier. When you are not out on the road, you will work hands-on in-store, picking and packing orders, serving on tills, and supporting daily store operations.

• Working Pattern: A mix of opening shifts, middle shifts, and closing shifts. At least 2 shifts will be closing and at least 1 will be at the weekend (availability can be further discussed at interview). The split between deliveries and in-store tasks will vary from week to week.

• Key Responsibilities: Safely picking, packing, and delivering orders to customer doorsteps; providing a friendly, professional driving service; carrying out vehicle safety checks; and supporting in-store retail tasks like shelf-stocking and till service.

What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, you should bring:

• Driving Requirements: A full UK driving licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 points.

• Customer Focus: A friendly, helpful approach with a passion for supporting customers and strong communication skills.

• Flexibility & Teamwork: A positive, problem-solving attitude and the flexibility to work across a range of shift patterns.

• Location: You must live within a commutable distance of Wigton.
