Deputy Manager

As a Deputy Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of the care home, ensuring residents receive safe, high-quality care in a welcoming environment. You will oversee quality assurance activities, monitor residents' wellbeing, and provide leadership to the care team while ensuring compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in leading the care home and maintaining high standards of person-centred care.

• Monitor residents' wellbeing, oversee medication processes, and complete quality audits and compliance reports.

• Provide leadership and guidance to the care team while participating in clinical meetings and driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years' management experience within a similar health or social care environment.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and IT skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities.
