As a Bank Chef Manager, you will bring your culinary expertise to a fresh-food kitchen, creating varied and nutritional menus tailored to the dietary needs and preferences of our residents. Using your natural leadership abilities, you will guide and mentor the kitchen team while managing all kitchen operations, compliance, and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
Use your passion for fresh food to create varied, nutritional menus aligned with residents' dietary requirements and personal preferences.
Train, mentor, and lead the kitchen team to consistently deliver an exceptional dining experience.
Maintain high standards of innovation, cooking quality, and mandatory compliance (including COSHH and HACCP guidelines, budgets, and stock orders).
Cater for special events, seasonal activities, and celebrations such as summer fetes, Christmas parties, and birthdays.
Cover shifts flexibly to manage holiday and sickness leave within the home.
Proven experience working in a fresh-food kitchen, backed by a strong passion for cooking and relevant hygiene certificates.
Natural leadership capabilities with an innovative, open-minded approach to food and team mentorship.
A warm, caring disposition who loves sharing their passion for food and cherishing small, meaningful moments with residents.
