The Role

We are looking for a calm, confident, and resilient leader for an exciting new store opening! As a Deputy Store Manager, you will work on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You will support the Store Manager and take full charge of running the store when they are away.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead by Example: Motivate the team, step up when the Store Manager is absent, and create a great place to work.

• Daily Operations: Handle stock deliveries, manage till areas, and oversee cash processes.

• Drive Performance: Monitor and help improve the store's key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Customer Service: Be a friendly face for customers, answering questions and ensuring great service.

• Safety First: Make sure the store strictly follows health and safety guidelines.

What You Need

• Leadership experience in a fast-paced environment (retail, hospitality, etc.).

• Great communication skills to support both your team and your customers.

• Strong skills in time management, delegation, and problem-solving.

• The confidence to lead shifts and handle daily store challenges.
