In this flexible role, you will be instrumental in maintaining both the internal facilities and exterior grounds, providing crucial cover to ensure a warm, functional, and safe environment for all residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine safety checks, general repairs, and proactive maintenance tasks across the building and grounds.

• Ensure all resident living areas and communal spaces remain in excellent condition and adhere to safety standards.

• Deliver flexible, reliable cover during staff absences to maintain continuous facility operations.

Requirements
