At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we specialize in connecting visionary leaders with high-growth businesses. We are currently recruiting an Area Manager to oversee multiple stores in the Blackwater area for a secure, market-leading retail brand.

As an Area Manager, you will be a future leader driving the next stage of regional growth. Your journey begins with an immersive, hands-on training program designed to teach you the business from the inside out—from understanding shop floor operations to mastering store management. Once fully equipped, you will coordinate multiple sites, empowering your Store Managers, hitting key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring operational excellence across your patch.

What You’ll Do

• Drive Operational Excellence: Regularly visit your assigned stores to ensure efficiency, peak productivity, and strict operational compliance.

• Develop Future Leaders: Mentor and support Store Managers in recruiting, training, and developing their local teams while boosting overall store performance.

• Maximize Results: Empower your management teams to confidently achieve their KPIs and maintain high brand standards.

• Cultivate Culture: Create a positive, high-performing environment where your teams can do their best work, shift after shift, aligned with core company values.

What You’ll Need

• Proven management experience motivating and leading teams across multiple sites to achieve outstanding results.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex commercial reports, implement strategic next steps, and measure performance.

• A proactive drive to learn and adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing business environment.

• Exceptional communication skills to successfully roll out new launches, operational concepts, and regional processes.

• A full UK Driving License (essential for regional travel).
