About the Role
As a Bank Activities Assistant at Herne Place Care Home, you will help create a stimulating environment to support exceptional resident care and celebrate life. Working flexibly on a casual basis to cover annual leave or sick leave, your responsibilities will include:
Devising imaginative, fun, and motivational activities tailored to every resident's interests and abilities.
Getting to know residents and their families to build customized programmes focused on maximizing wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
Inspiring both residents and staff to participate in events both within the home and out in the local community.
Delivering a vibrant, fulfilling daily activities and events schedule.
About You
