About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing quality, person-centred care and companionship to residents, helping them enjoy each day to the fullest.

Your duties will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living, personal care, and mobility according to their individual care plans.

• Supporting residents with meal times, nutrition, and hydration.

• Spending valuable one-to-one time with residents, sharing moments, and providing warm companionship.

• Upholding high standards of dignity, respect, and emotional support across all daily tasks.

• Working collaboratively with nurses and senior carers in a dynamic, supportive day team.

About You

We are seeking a warm-hearted, dependable individual with a passion for senior care and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

• Experience: Prior experience caring for older adults in a care setting.

• Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and a collaborative team attitude.

• Personal Qualities: A compassionate, "can-do" approach with genuine empathy and respect for residents.

• Commitment: Ability to work full-time day shifts (44 hours per week).
