About the Role
As a Temporary Activities Coordinator at Austen House Care Home, you will help create a vibrant, stimulating environment that celebrates life and delivers exceptional all-round care and support. Your rewarding responsibilities will include:
Getting to know our residents and their families to build tailored activity programs focused on maximizing wellbeing, independence, and social engagement.
Devising imaginative, fun, and motivational activities suited to every interest and ability.
Inspiring both residents and staff to participate actively in events both within the home and out in the local community.
About You
