We are excited to represent Avery Healthcare in their search for a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Food and Beverage Team Member to join the award-winning team at Beaconsfield Heights Care Home in Beaconsfield.
The Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality and creating wonderful dining experiences? As a Food and Beverage Team Member, your primary focus will be to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals, ensuring every dining moment is engaging, comfortable, and special.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
Ensuring dining tables are set to standard operating procedures.
Keeping the front of the house clean, tidy, and well-presented while ensuring dirty crockery is removed and replenished throughout the day.
Ensuring fresh homemade cakes, biscuits, finger food, and fresh fruit options are accessible in the bistro areas and replenished throughout the day.
Maintaining full awareness of individual residents' dietary requirements.

Requirements:
Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
Previous experience working in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel is desirable.
A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
Demonstrate compassion and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality culinary and dining services to residents.
Requirements for Employment: Proof of eligibility to work in the UK and a DBS Disclosure check (the cost of which is fully covered by Avery Healthcare).
