Your Role: What You’ll Do
As a Bank Care Assistant, you will step in to support the permanent team, delivering exceptional, person-centred care that goes beyond daily tasks to truly nurture resident wellbeing.
Dignified Daily Support: Gently assist residents with personal care routines, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and enjoying meals, always with kindness and respect.
Champion Independence: Empower residents to make their own choices, helping them feel confident, valued, and in control of their lives.
Companionship & Connection: Build warm, trusting relationships that bring comfort to our residents and offer reassurance to their visiting families.
Person-Centred Care Planning: Follow individualized care plans to ensure each resident’s unique preferences, habits, and life stories are celebrated.
Create a Welcoming Environment: Help maintain a safe, secure, and happy atmosphere where residents feel genuinely at home and listened to.
